Have you lost your ESA Certification card? Do you need a duplicate?
With this simple steps you will require your new ESA certification Card
1. send an email to info@esaweb.net including:
1) subject: name, surname duplicate request
2) please, in the email text include all data that you know: name, surname, date of birth, fiscal code/number, ESA certification level , certification date, ESA Instructor name, name of the dive centre/club and a complete address where to send the duplicate
2. please, make a bank transfer of € 25,00 for any required certification card
3. attach to the message a copy of the payment
